- Prepares, submits and follows up on warranty claims.
- Process all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly.
- Assists with body shop claims and follows up on outstanding claims.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables.
